Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments


To ensure that KAILO’s team can be best prepared to offer extraordinary service to our guests, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change all appointments. Cancellations after this time may incur a cancellation fee of up to $100.


Credit Card Required At Time Of Booking


All appointments at KAILO Medispa and KAILO Well require credit card details to be provided at the time of booking. This applies to bookings made online, over the phone, or in store. 

Credit card information is stored safely and securely using the technology of our software provider, Zenoti. 

For ease and efficiency of check-out, the credit card provided can be used to finalise payments of any future treatments, product purchases, etc. Or an alternate method of payment can be used if you prefer. 

Guests with existing appointment deposits are welcome to continue to redeem these at time of payment. 

No-show bookings and appointments cancelled for any reason, including covid, will now incur a no-show/cancellation fee of up to $100.


Gift Voucher T&C's 


Gift Vouchers will be valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.
No change will be given on any unused portion of the Voucher. Any unused balance of the voucher will be recorded with the ability to be redeemed at a future visit before the expiry of the voucher.
When purchasing a voucher, once full payment has been received and a voucher has been dispatched either in person, via mail or via email, all title and risk associated with the voucher are passed on to the customer.
Vouchers are redeemable for treatments at KAILO Medispa and products sold through KAILO Medispa.
